This hotel is close to Taipei main station and the room I...

This hotel is close to Taipei main station and the room I stayed in was relatively clean. The room was quite small though, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to be strong enough. The room was warm and stuffy even though it was supposed to be winter in Taipei (I was absolutely sure that I didn’t make a mistake and turned on the heater mode instead). The staff were pleasant and friendly.

For the price, it's worth the stay. Don't expect too much and treat it as a place to sleep

Obviously the location was excellent. Accessories meet the most basic needs, room cleaning was ok, rooms were quite large

Quite hard to find with minimal 'advertisement' as to the actual location. A sofa in the room would have been great, rooms should have windows

You couldn't ask for a better location.

The location is excellent. The complimentary laundry.

The lifts can be confusing. Not enough tables and chairs at outdoor the breakfast/laundry area.

It’s location is very good!

It is located opposite he Taipei Main Station, very convenient for travelers who tale the trains to reach it.

The hotel is located in a building with other companies. Therefore, it takes time to wait for the elevators. Also, even if we asked for a non-smoking room, the room was somehow smoky.

There was a time when we checked in that the floor and our room had cigarette smoke smell.

The clean room and helpful staff

The sound of rats running around up in the ceiling—noticed them the last night at about 2am when everyone was asleep (thus the rats came out, I’m guessing)

Worth your penny

I love everything in this hotel. They are very accommodating. I was supposed to travel with my boyfriend and he was supposed to pay and show his credit card. Unfortunately he lost his passport that he can't come to Taipei and show the credit card details for the payment. The hotel staff told me that authorization letter was fine so I sent the necessary documents signed and scanned by my boyfriend. The hotel room was swiftly charged even if my boyfriend was not around. They have comfortable bed and they do every-day room clean up. It was great!

Rats and thin walls

Location, modern bathroom, big beds

There was a rat in the room! Even if aircon was closed, room was still uncomfortably cold. No soundproofing and was very noisy because of gym downstairs (stayed at 7th floor).

A very good location for train , bus , MRT. Small but good enough room , worth for money

We stayed in this hotel 2 times for this trip. The first period for 3 nights as a base to made day trips around Taipei ( convenience for train , bus traveler) and the last night before we depart for airport ( to catch express MRT to airport-fast and convenience ). The hotel is opposite to Taipei main station , in the Asia building ( there is a Familly mart at the ground floor corner )..the exit Z2 is in front of the building. If you come by bus , you have to walk through train station and then follow the exit Z2 ....

Hotel is in business building thus it will busy during morning around 8-9 am and evening.
